The Araneta Group

The Araneta Group is a progressive and diversified group of companies anchored on food, leisure, and property development. With a long history of embarking on business ventures that are characterized as the first, the biggest, and the best in its class, and with more than 70 years of diverse business experience, the Araneta Group is prepared to take up the challenges of the 21st Century. The Araneta Group is composed of four strategic business units.

Araneta Center, Inc. (ACI) is the owner, developer and manager of the Araneta Center, a 35-hectare retail business and entertainment complex located in Metro Manila. The Araneta Center is currently being redeveloped into a mixed-use area that will integrate residential and office buildings to a redeveloped shopping and entertainment complex. The Araneta Redevelopment Master Plan envisions an information technology friendly environment that is ready for the challenges of the 21st Century.

United Promotions, Inc. (Uniprom) manages the leisure and entertainment interests of the Araneta Group. Uniprom operates the Araneta Coliseum, Fiesta Carnival, TicketNet and movie theaters. Uniprom is committed to bringing the best quality entertainment to the Filipinos, at the least cost.

Philippine Pizza, Inc. (PPI) is the exclusive franchisee of Pizza Hut. It owns and operates over 145 Pizza Huts from Baguio to Mindanao. Its 3,000 customer- focused employees serve almost 9 million high quality pizzas to over 15 million customers every year. Pizza Hut is also the countrys delivery leader.

Progressive Development Corporation (PDC) is the management company of the Araneta Group. PDC provides the overall strategic direction and shared services to the Group. PDC is also involved in the development and incubation of new businesses.
